DEFEND JOBS, PAY AND CONDITIONS (DRIVERS) – TRANSPENNINE EXPRESS

 

I would like to congratulate you on delivering a successful mandate for industrial action and for your determination in fighting for a fair deal. The Union’s National Executive Committee has further considered the ballot result and believes that we must now take industrial action.

 

TransPennine Express Driver members are instructed not to undertake any non-contractual overtime. Therefore, members are instructed not to work any voluntary overtime between:

 

• 0001 Hours on Friday 2^nd February 2024 and 2359 Hours on Tuesday 6th February 2024.

            

I ask that you continue to stand shoulder to shoulder during the days of industrial action and that you continue to support your colleagues.
