DEFEND JOBS, PAY AND CONDITIONS – LONDON NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY (ON TRAINS)

 

Your Lead Officer and Company Council have been in negotiations with the company following the Memorandum of Understanding. Your Union has entered these talks in good faith and have attended the negotiations with an open mind. 

 

The company has provided proposals following these discussions. You can see the proposals and information from your negotiating team HERE

 

These proposals from the company do not meet the aspirations of the Union. I will place this matter before your Union’s National Executive Committee who will consider the company offer and also consider our next steps in this dispute following these proposals.
