DISCIPLINARY INVESTIGATION, S. FINNING, GLOUCESTER PSB – NETWORK RAIL

 

Further to my Circular IR/198/24, dated 5^th July 2024, concerning Bro. Finning's disciplinary investigation, I would like to clarify that our stance in protecting Bro. Finning is not a reflection on the character of the RMT members who work alongside Stephen.

 

Our previous circular was not intended to imply fellow RMT members would approach investigatory interviews with prejudice. It is noted that our Gloucester PSB members have shown great loyalty to each other & their trade union in past disputes. Your loyalty is recognised and respected, and you are to be commended for your actions.

 

I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.
