VOTE ‘YES’ FOR INDUSTRIAL ACTION SHORT OF A STRIKE

 

Dear RMT Member,

 

DISMISSAL, M MCGREGOR, CRAIGENTINNY – HITACHI RAIL (LNER)

 

Your ballot paper was despatched to your home address from the independent scrutineer Civica on Wednesday 14^thFebruary 2024.

 

To meet the thresholds imposed by the draconian anti-trade union laws, it is vitally important that you vote 'YES’ for strike action and 'YES' for action short of a strike and return your paper in the freepost envelope provided. 

 

His dismissal unfair dismissal over an already-resolved matter is unacceptable, therefore I urge members to stand firm together and demonstrate that you are willing to defend yourselves and your colleagues from unfair dismissal, as well as to demand that Hitachi Rail immediately reinstates Brother McGregor.

 

 The Ballot closes after first post on Thursday 29th February 2024.
