DISMISSAL, M MCGREGOR, CRAIGENTINNY – HITACHI RAIL (LNER)

 

The closing date for this ballot is Thursday 29^th February, so if you have not already, now is the time to vote ‘YES’ and return your ballot paper. 

 

Due to the balloting laws, it is vitally important that we have maximum turnout and that every members vote ‘YES’ to strike action and ‘YES’ to industrial action short of a strike and returns their ballot paper to the independent scrutineer to keep pressure on Hitachi to reinstate your unfairly dismissed colleague, Brother Mark McGregor.

 

The Ballot closes after first post on Thursday 29th February 2024. I will keep members fully advised of further developments.
