ECRO GRADING, SCOTLAND – NETWORK RAIL

Following your union’s rejection of Network Rail’s offer of earlier this week over the dispute with regards to ECRO grading at Cathcart, a revised offer was received from the company earlier today. The proposals can be found here.

The new proposals have been subjected to consideration by your union’s National Executive Committee (NEC), which has noted the contents and also noted that they will be considered by your and your colleagues. I would therefore ask that you read the proposals carefully and provide your representatives with your views.

Representatives of Electrical Control Rooms from around the company will then meet with your union’s national officers and NEC on Monday to discuss the matter and consider how to respond.

Meanwhile, all industrial action which I have previously advised you of remains on.
