INTRODUCTION OF ELECTRONIC PAYSLIPS – SOUTH WESTERN RAILWAY

 

A resolution has been received from our Basingstoke No 1 Branch who have highlighted issues with the introduction of the new paperless payslips via the new company app ‘People XD’. Several members have reported issues in accessing the app on personal devices and can only view their payslips on a SWR owned device, which cannot be taken home.

 

The Union’s National Executive Committee has considered this matter and thanked our Basingstoke No 1 Branch for bringing this matter to their attention. It is disappointing that South Western Railway are making it difficult for members to access their payslips. 

 

Therefore, I have asked the Lead Officer to raise this matter with the company and provide an updated report, which I will place before the Union’s NEC for further consideration.
