JULY 2021 REMOVAL OF COVID – 19 TRANSPORT REGULATIONS AND PROTECTIONS

I write further to my letter of yesterday as regards the various plans of governments within the UK to remove or drastically ease legal Covid-19 restrictions mitigating the risks of Covid-19 transmission.

I referred to an ORR (Office of the Rail Regulator) document “Guidance for dutyholders reviewing controls that have been introduced to mitigate Covid-19 transmission” and sent through with this document draft RMT notes.

Further to this I now write with RMT background briefing on the ORR document which I hope will be of help.
