JUSTICE FOR STATION AND REVENUE STAFF – LONDON UNDERGROUND

 

The closing date for the ballot is Thursday 20th February 2020 – so if you haven't done so already – now is the time to vote. Due to new balloting legislation I cannot stress enough how important it is that you fill in your ballot paper and return it as quickly as possible.

 

You should have by now received your voting paper for the ballot to demand Justice for Revenue Staff and send a message to London Underground management that its plans to introduce a new grade of Revenue Control Officer is completely unacceptable. This cost-cutting exercise and attempt to create a two-tier workforce must be defeated.

 

It is vitally important to get a strong turnout in this ballot as the anti-union laws mean there are strict minimum turnouts we need to meet for a ballot to be successful. If you or any of your colleagues has not received their ballot paper by today, Monday 17th December please contact the helpline on 0800 376 3706, by email to info@rmt.org.uk or to the Head Office Switchboard on 0207 387 4771 and a paper will be sent to you first class. Also, if you are aware of a colleague who has not received their ballot paper, ask them to call one of the above numbers to update their details and to receive a replacement ballot paper.

 

Important to note: The Scrutineer for RMT Ballots and Elections is now “Civica Elections Services”. Letters from Civica are not junk mail and should be opened.
