LUL – H&S RELATED ISSUES AT ACTON AND NORTHFIELDS DEPOTS

 

            I write in relation to health and safety related issues at Acton and Northfields depots. You can find out more about these issues in a resolution received from RMT Piccadilly District Line branch – which is contained in this Head Office Circular: https://bit.ly/4b7whg1. 

 

            Your NEC (National Executive Committee) met to consider these matters on 11^th June 2024. 

 

Subsequent to this meeting of the NEC I wrote to Terry Deller, Head of Employee Relations, TfL, seeking an urgent dispute resolution meeting to discuss these issues (and also industrial relations matters as raised by Finsbury Park branch on the Piccadilly Line - about which I wrote to Mr Dellar at the end of May).

 

I have put Mr Dellar on notice - that if a satisfactory resolution is not reached as regards these matters - then I will have no other choice than to ballot relevant members for industrial action over these issues.
