Marine Services Restructuring – Targe Towing Ltd
Following an initial restructuring proposal from Targe Towing Marine Services in early January, your union has attended several talks with management. I can now report the union has received a final proposal from the company.

This proposal contains some major improvements to terms and conditions, particularly surrounding time off for staff.
Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted a report received from your Lead Officer and taken the decision to conduct an electronic referendum of affected members.
Additionally, the National Executive Committee is strongly recommending that you vote ‘YES’ to accept these proposals. The online referendum will close at 11am on Thursday 21st March 2024.
Referendum Instructions
Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 11:00 hours on Thursday 21st March 2024.
