REMINDER TO VOTE

PLEASE RETURN YOUR BALLOT PAPER 

BY NO LATER THAN THURSDAY 7^TH NOVEMBER 2024

NEW TECHNOLOGY PAYMENT – TRANSPENNINE EXPRESS

 

All TPE Conductor members should now have received their ballot paper for the above dispute, from the independent scrutineer Civica. If you have not yet done so, please make sure you return your ballot paper to the scrutineer by the closing date of Thursday 7^th November 2024.

 

If you have not received your ballot paper or if you know of a colleague who has not received theirs, please email us at info@rmt.org.uk or contact the RMT Helpline on 0800 376 3706 and a replacement ballot paper will be sent out to your home address by first class post.

 

Do not waste your vote. It is imperative that we get a massive return in the ballot for industrial action, so we are not prevented from acting on our members’ wishes by the ballot thresholds. Failure to meet these thresholds means industrial action cannot happen so a high turnout is absolutely crucial. 

 

I urge you all to use your vote. Vote 'YES' for strike action and ‘YES’ for action short of a strike to demand that the company get around the table and guarantee a new technology payment.
