Procedures and Employee Handbook – Stena


Management has advised me that it wants to review and update key HR policies and procedures. To that aim Stena has drawn up draft disciplinary and grievance procedures, as well as a new employee handbook.


Having reviewed and considered these documents, the union’s National Executive Committee cannot endorse the draft procedures and employee handbook in their current form.


I have therefore requested a meeting with Stena in the coming weeks to discuss this matter going forward.
