Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2018 – MacGregors
I write further to my letter dated 3rd April 2018, in which I advised you that you and your colleagues are being balloted for strike action and industrial action short of a strike.
Ballot papers will have now been sent out to your home addresses and will need to be returned before the closing date of First Post, Tuesday 24th April 2018
It is imperative that you use your vote to ensure we are able to act on your wishes and send the company a clear message that you deserve a decent pay rise in 2018. I urge you all to vote ‘YES’ to both questions and ensure that we get a massive turnout in this ballot.
If you have not already received a ballot paper then please contact the RMT Freephone Helpline urgently on 0800 376 3706 or the RMT switchboard on 020 7387 4771 and ask for the Industrial Relations department, where a replacement ballot paper will be sent to you by first class post. Additionally, if you are aware of a colleague who has not received their ballot paper, ask them to call on one of the above numbers to update their details and to receive a replacement ballot paper.
