RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2018 – VINCI (ARRIVA RAIL LONDON CONTRACT)

 

By now you should have received a letter from management regarding a ‘Christmas Bonus Payment’ for Vinci employees on the Arriva Rail London Contract. Make no mistake this is a cynical attempt to undermine the current pay dispute and by-pass your union’s negotiating team.    

 

This matter has been considered by the union’s National Executive Committee, who after consulting with the union’s negotiating team, have decided to reject the company’s ‘Christmas Bonus’ offer. Your union believes that you deserve a proper pay rise and not some tokenistic one-off payment. The National Executive Committee has therefore instructed me to continue with the ballot in order to continue our fight for a fair and decent increase to your rate of pay.

 

If you have not received your ballot paper, or know of a colleague who has not received it, please call us on 0800 376 3706 or 0207 387 4771 and ask for the Industrial Relations Department or e-mail info@rmt.org.uk as soon as possible. It is imperative that we get a massive return in the ballot.

 

REMEMBER – You only have until Thursday 10th January 2019 to vote.
