Rates of Pay & Conditions of Service 2018/2019 – Eurostar
Further to my previous correspondence dated 31st October 2018, where I informed you of our acceptance of the two-year offer, I wish to inform you of the increase in your pay for the final year of the offer which is as follows:-
• An increase of 3% for all relevant UK employees,, effective 1st May 2019. This is 0.6% more than the current RPI rate for March 2019.
• For those on lower salaries, a minimum of £1000 annual increase, effective 1st May 2019.
• For the Home to Work Travel, it was agreed to continue to increase the cash allowance annually in line with the Department of Transport published annual increase (3.1% January 2019). Therefore the cash allowance will increase by 3.1% for all applications from 1st May 2019.
• The next pay review will be May 2020.
