Rates of Pay & Conditions of Service 2019 – LNER
As you are no doubt aware, the matter of your pay from previous years is still an outstanding issue. The legal case for the 2017/18 pay is an on-going matter
Your negotiating team has not met with the company and it there seems to be no urgency in settling the 2017/18 pay claim.
Your union’s National Executive Committee (NEC) has considered the matter and it has instructed me to write to the company in the strongest possible terms and remind them that we are still in dispute over the 2017/18 pay and that further talks must take place.
A series of mass meetings and special branch meetings will be organised and the details of which will be forthcoming very shortly.
