RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2019 - NETWORK RAIL
 
Further to previous correspondence members will be aware that the union has accepted the latest pay proposals from Network Rail. We have recently received correspondence from the company confirming how the pay increase will be distributed to staff on Role Clarity Contracts, who receive their pay award based on a performance score. The breakdown is as follows: -

The NEC has considered this matter and has instructed me to inform Role Clarity members of our position on Role Clarity Pay. Under the pay agreement we are entering into a review of role clarity contacts. We have a clear mandate to negotiate a new agreement on Role Clarity pay that will give full effect to the values of the pay agreement from 2020, re-values and gives increases to salary bands linked to on-going pay awards and addresses performance related pay. Members will be kept fully informed of any developments in relation to these discussions.
