Rates of Pay & Conditions of Service 2019/20 – LNER
You will recall that last year a two-year deal was tabled and accepted. Your union has been in contact with the company in regard to the increase for year two and it is as follows:-
An increase of 2.5% (February RPI 2020), which will be implemented into your May pay cycle. This will also include your back pay.
As a result of the legal case on Holiday Pay, your Holiday Premium Payment (HPP) will be changed for the better in that it has changed from 365 days to 52 weeks. This will give you a better remuneration value, to be paid in the April pay cycle.
Your National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance. This instruction has been carried out and I expect payments to be made in line with the above.
