RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2021 – AMEY
Pay negotiations between your union and Amey management have concluded with the company tabling the following offer:
A 1.5% uplift on basic salary plus agreed allowances, with a minimum of £500 underpin, backdated to the 1st March 2021. The increase in basic pay will be taken into account when calculating pensionable pay and both members and employers pension contributions for 2021/2022.
A commitment from the company to meet again in October to discuss and review the wider issues outlined in the pay claim.
With a number of TUPE transfers taking place in the coming weeks, your representatives and Regional Organiser recommended that the above offer be accepted without the need for a referendum to ensure that the increase in pay would be in place by the time any members are transferred. This recommendation was endorsed b your union’s National Executive Committee, which has instructed me to advise the company of our acceptance.
