Dear Colleague,

RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2021 – CT4N (NOTTINGHAM COMMUNITY TRANSPORT)

Your negotiating team has attended meetings with the company and at the conclusion of these talks the following pay proposal has been tabled: -

2% increase across the board, this will be effective from 1st October 2021.
Staff who take ‘no sick days’ throughout any financial year will receive an additional day’s annual leave to be taken in the following financial year. This excludes days that staff had had to isolate due to the pandemic.
CT4N is committed to introducing a staff reward scheme that will reward ‘excellent service’. Anyone who receives a written commendation from a customer, or a member of staff demonstrates that they have gone over and above will be included in this scheme. Further discussion regarding this scheme is invited by the company.
All staff in the company can earn love 2 shop vouchers for referring people to our travel section. This will equate to 10% of the profit earned on each booking.

Your National Executive Committee (NEC) has carefully considered the offer and it has instructed that an e-referendum must be held so that you can have your say on the offer. Please make sure you read the proposed offer and ensure you place your vote in the referendum.
