RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2021 – STENA LINE (DOCKERS)

Referring to our previous correspondence, further negotiations have taken place and the following revised offer has been tabled:-

1.5% uplift backdated to 1st January 2021
2.0% uplift effective from 1st January 2022
2.0% uplift effective from 1st January 2023

It would be a matter of agreement that in the event that the RPI rate in October 2022 and/or October 2023 were to exceed 3.0% or fall below 0.5%, pay talks would be reopened for that year. Otherwise, pay talks will recommence from 1st January 2024.

After long and careful consideration, your union’s National Executive Committee (NEC) had instructed me to hold a referendum so you and your colleagues so that you can have your say on the pay offer. Having considered the views of your negotiating team the NEC is recommending that you vote ‘YES’ to accept the revised offer.

The on-line referendum will close on at 10:30 hours on Thursday 15th July 2021.

REFERENDUM INSTRUCTIONS

You will shortly receive an email from a company called “Choice Voting” which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 10:30 hours on Thursday 15th July 2021. Once you have voted, you will receive an email from Choice Voting confirming how you have voted and that your vote has been cast successfully.
