Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2022 – Stagecoach South Andover (Drivers)
In line with Union policy, a claim was submitted to the Company for a substantial increase in rates of pay and improvements to conditions of service. Talks have taken place with the Company and the offer which has been tabled, effective 21st January 2024, is as follows:

In addition, the following enhancements would apply from 5th May 2024:
- All hours worked, daily, after 21:00 hours would attract a 10p enhancement per hour
- All hours worked on a Sunday would attract a further enhancement of 50p, therefore totally a £1 per hour enhancement on a Sunday
Finally, the banding for Contract B would reduce, so that “12-24 months Driver (Contract B)” would become “12-18 months Driver (Contract B)” and “over 24 months Driver (Contract B)” would become “over 18 months Driver (Contract B)”
The next pay anniversary date would be Sunday 26th January 2025.
The National Executive Committee has considered a report received from your Lead Officer and has instructed me to conduct an e-referendum of you and your colleagues with a recommendation to vote ‘NO’ to reject the offer.
The on-line referendum will close on at 10am on Thursday 28th March 2024.
