RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 – HITACHI RAIL

 

REMINDER TO VOTE – PAY REFERENDUM CLOSES AT 13:00 ON THURSDAY 4^TH JANUARY

 

Further to my previous correspondence, the e-referendum is open for members to vote until 1pm on Thursday 4^thJanuary, and I urge you to cast your vote. As a reminder, the offer is:

 

• 6% plus a £1,000 cost of living payment effective from the anniversary date.

 

This offer encompasses employees at London North Pole depot, LNER East Coast and the Outstations and Maintenance contracts.

 

The National Executive Committee has carefully considered the offer and instructed me to hold an electronic referendum of you and your colleagues so you can have your say on it.

 

You will have received an email from RMT referenda, and it will contain your voting link and instructions on how to cast it. If you have not received this, please check your junk/spam folders before either emailing referenda@rmt.org.uk or ringing the helpline on 0800 376 3706.
