Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2023 – OCS (Alstom Northern Trains Ltd Contract)

 

Referring to previous correspondence, pay talks have been re-convened and OCS have proposed to back date an increase for the period 1^st January 23 to 31^st March 23, for those employed at the time (3 out of 4), with back pay of circa £490. The full breakdown is as follows:

 

Employee 1 – 447 hours * £1.10 per hour = £491.70

Employee 2 – 442.69 hours * £1.10 per hour £486.95

Employee 3 – 445.29 hours * £1.10 per hour = £489.81

 

Following a workplace consultation, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase is paid at the earliest opportunity.
