RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023-2024 – BALFOUR BEATTY RAIL PLANT

 

REMINDER TO VOTE – REFERENDUM CLOSES AT 10:00am THURSDAY 22^NDFEBRUARY

 

Further to my previous correspondence, the e-referendum is open for members to vote until 10:00am on Thursday 22^nd February 2024, and I urge you to cast your vote to have your day on the offer. As a reminder, the offer is:

 

• A 6% increase on basic rates applicable from 1^st January 2023
• A 4% increase on basic rates applicable from 1^st January 2024

 

Members are advised that a rejection of this offer will lead to an immediate ballot for strike action and action short of a strike.

 

You will have received an email from RMT referenda, and it will contain your voting link and instructions on how to cast it. If you have not received this, please check your junk/spam folders before either emailing referenda@rmt.org.uk or ringing the helpline on 0800 376 3706.
