Dear RMT Member,

 

RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 – ALSTOM, ILFORD, OLD OAK COMMON & WILLESDEN MAINTENANCE DEPOTS (AVENTURA CONTRACT)

 

Referring to the above, you will be aware that your negotiating team have been engaged in protracted negotiations with Alstom in order to secure a fair and reasonable pay award. No further improvement has been forthcoming on the offer from the company:

 

• A 5.25% increase applicable from 1^st April 2023

 

Following consultation with affected members and representatives, it is clear that members wish to accept the above offer.

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered this matter and noted these views, it has therefore instructed me to advise the company of our acceptance of this offer. I have requested that this is implemented at the earliest opportunity.
