Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2023 – Bidvest Noonan (TransPennine Express Contract)

 

Following discussions with your representatives and noting your rejection of the revised pay offer, the union’s National Executive Committee has given careful consideration to this situation and has therefore decided to escalate the pay dispute by calling the following strike action:

 

All Bidvest Noonan (TransPennine Express Contract) members are be instructed not to book on for any shifts that commence between:

 

• 00:01 hours on Friday 26^th January 2024 and 23:59 hours Saturday 27^th January 2024

 

Let’s hope that this action will focus management’s minds and get them back round the table to resolve this matter. Management probably believe that you are not prepared to stand up and fight on this issue, it is time to prove them wrong.
