Late Shift Allowance
In recognition of changes to the roster pattern in 2017, which required Saturday working and a later finish on the late shift:
A ‘late shift allowance’ of £10.61 (MSO A1)/ £10.18 (MSO A2) (equivalent of 45 minutes pay) will become payable when:
- a late shift (15:15 to 23:15) is worked; or
- an employee was booked for a late shift (15:15 to 23:15) but was moved to an alternative shift at the company’s request.
- This will be payable from 1st April 2024.
- This allowance will be included in the HPA calculation under clause 3.3 of the Holiday Pay allowance agreement dated 23rdSeptember 2019.
