RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 – HITACHI RAIL (LNER & LONDON NORTH POLE)

 

I wish to thank the more than 100 of you from the LNER contract who attended our dispute update meeting yesterday at short notice and for your views and opinions which we welcome and have taken on board. 

 

Our brothers and sisters in the North Pole Depot have voted in favour of industrial action and will be meeting to discuss this. 

 

I am pleased to inform you that fresh negotiations will commence with Hitachi immediately.  This is a direct result of the steadfast action you have taken and the tremendous picket lines that you supported. 

 

I will keep you advised of all developments; in the meantime, I trust this keeps you advised.
