Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2023 – Royal Fleet Auxiliary 

 

Your union needs you all to return a magnificent ‘Yes’ vote. We cannot allow the RFA to win and use draconian anti-trade union laws to stop negotiations.

 

The stakes couldn't be higher. We have to win this ballot. The RFA will be watching closely. 

 

If we don't get that mandate, they will be off the leash, free to attack us in the workplace. So, we need to win this ballot and then push for a deal that we can recommend to members. 

 

Vote now, vote yes and encourage your workmates to do the same.
