Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2023 – Royal Fleet Auxiliary 

 

There is now only 22 days left to vote in the pay ballot. 

 

The ballot closes on Tuesday 9^th April 2024.

 

Make sure you return your ballot paper and vote ‘YES’ for strike action.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON BALLOT THRESHOLDS

 

Since the Trade Union Act 2016 introduced even more restrictive anti-trade union laws, all ballots must meet a threshold where at least 50% of all eligible members must vote and 40% of all those eligible to vote must vote yes.

 

As a result of these draconian restrictions every single vote counts. A simple majority is no longer enough so you cannot rely on other colleagues to get the vote over the line.
