Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2023/24 – Arriva Rail London

Referring to previous correspondence, I can report that the union has been invited to further productivity talks and the union’s negotiating team is confident that further enhancements will be tabled.

Therefore, your National Executive Committee has re-considered this matter and has instructed me to cancel the current e-referendum. Therefore, the e-referendum that closes on 19^th March will not be counted, please do not continue to vote in this referendum.

I will, of course, keep you fully advised on any further developments.
