RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 — ALSTOM (AVENTURA CONTRACT) ILFORD, OLD OAK COMMON, AND WILLESDEN DEPOTS

I am writing to provide you with an update concerning the latest developments in relation to the above-mentioned matter.

Following submission of the RMT pay claim for 2024 an initial meeting was held with Alstom Transport on 13th March 2024 attended by your RMT Representatives.

Unfortunately, I must inform you that at this stage no formal offer was tabled by the company for consideration however it was agreed that a further meeting would be convened as soon as practicable.

I will of course keep you informed of any further developments but please by assured that RMT remains determined to achieve the best possible award for our members during these negotiations.
