RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – ALLIANCE HEALTHCARE (LEIGH CDC & RUNCORN OUTBASE)

 

Negotiations have been held between your union and Alliance Healthcare over this year’s pay rise. I can advise you that, at the conclusion of these talks, the company tabled the following offer which would cover staff in Leigh CDC (including Runcorn Outbase):

 

• 4% increase on base salary backdated to April 2024

 

Your representative carried out a consultation with members affected and reported that the overwhelming view was that the offer should be accepted. The recommendation to accept was therefore put to your union’s National Executive Committee, which has endorsed this view.

 

The company has been advised of this acceptance and I would hope that the new pay rates will be implemented at an early date.
