Dear RMT Member,

 

RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 — ALSTOM (AVENTURA CONTRACT) ILFORD, OLD OAK COMMON, AND WILLESDEN DEPOTS

 

Further to my most recent correspondence dated 10^th April 2024 I am writing to provide you with an update concerning the latest developments in relation to the above-mentioned matter.

 

At an additional meeting held with Alstom Transport on 15^th May 2024 arising from discussions the following improved offer was tabled by the company for consideration:

 

• 3.5% increase applicable from 1st April 2024.

 

It was agreed that a period of consultation would take place with the membership to seek their views however the company were advised that the offer it was felt would unlikely be sufficient to meet the aspirations of our members in this regard.

 

I will of course keep you informed of any further developments but please by assured that RMT remains determined to achieve the best possible award for our members during these negotiations.
