RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – ALSTOM (AVENTURA CONTRACT) ILFORD, OLD OAK COMMON & WILLESDEN

 

Further to previous correspondence, your negotiation team have been engaged in discussions with the company to secure you and your colleagues a fair pay offer. The following offer has been received from the company:

 

• A 4% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024

 

Having carefully considered the offer and the views of your Regional Organiser, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues with a recommendation to vote ‘NO’ to reject the offer. Members are advised that a rejection of the offer will likely lead to a ballot for industrial action.

 

The referendum will close at 11:00 am on Thursday 20^th June 2024. 

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 11:00 am on Thursday 20^th June 2024.
