RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 — ALSTOM TRANSORT (ILFORD DEPOT, HEAVY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT)

 

Further to my previous correspondence, the referendum on the company’s pay offer has concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Do you accept the company’s offer?

 

Total votes cast                      5

Number voting YES                 3

Number voting NO                  2

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered this result and noted that you and your colleagues have voted to accept the company’s offer.

 

For your ease of reference, pay award is as follows:

 

• 4% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024

 

Noting the result, the union's National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance. This therefore resolves pay negotiations for 2024 and I have written to the company to request that they implement the new pay rates as soon as possible, including back pay.
