Dear RMT Member,

 

RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – AMEY INFRASTRUCTURE WALES (TFW CONTRACT)

 

Further to my most recent correspondence dated 15^th May 2024 I am writing to provide you with an update in relation to the above-mentioned matter.

 

Several meetings have now been held with the company attended by your RMT representatives and because of those discussions I am now in receipt of the following revised offer from the company:

 

• 4.75% increase applicable from 1^st January 2024
• Minimum increase of £1650 per annum

 

In addition to the above there is a further proposal to move the anniversary date to 1^st March 2025 with a 0.5% on off payment negotiations however negotiations are continuing in this regard.

 

A further meeting will now be held on 21^st June 2024, and I will of course keep you informed of any further developments, however, please be assured that RMT remains determined to achieve the best possible pay award for our members during the negotiations.
