The referendum of you and your colleagues over the company’s pay offer has concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

Total votes cast                      50

Number voting YES                 30

Number voting NO                  20

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered this result and noted that you and your colleagues have voted to accept the pay offer and has therefore instructed me to inform the company and request that the increase is implemented at the earliest opportunity, inclusive of back pay.
