Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Bidvest Noonan (TPE Cleaning Contract)
The Regional Organiser and our Representatives have attended meetings with the company and at the conclusion of these talks the following offer has been tabled:
- A 10% pay increase, this takes members pay from £12 to £13.20 and will be effective from 1st November 2024.
As part pay offer members will be expected to complete the following duties:
- Check poster cases and signage locations for up-to-date information and report any that are not in date for immediate action.
- When cleaning all washrooms Bidvest Noonan will check taps, flushes, locks, dryers to ensure they are operational and report if any are unserviceable.
- When working on platforms if there are any weeds present, these are to be remove so as to ensure that the presentation standards are maintained.
- Report any asset issues whilst going about our daily duties.
Consequently, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues so that you can have your say. Additionally, the National Executive Committee is recommending that you vote ‘NO’ to reject the offer.
The on-line referendum will close at 10:30 hours on Tuesday 10th December 2024.

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 10.30am on Tuesday 10th December 2024.
