Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Carlisle Support Services (Arriva Rail London Cleaning Contract)

 

Further to previous correspondence on the above matter, I can report that Carlisle Support Services have agreed to meet with your union’s negotiating team. Informal conversations with management have been positive and it is the belief of your negotiating team that further dialogue could now potentially find a resolution to end the dispute. The union’s negotiating team has requested that all the industrial action is suspended in order to allow further discussions to take place.  

 

In light of these developments and having discussed this matter with the union's negotiating team, the union's National Executive Committee has agreed to suspend the planned strike action. Please continue to work as normal. 

 

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your commitment and support for your union during this dispute.
