The referendum of you and your colleagues over the company’s pay offer has concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

Total votes cast                      51

Number voting YES                 47

Number voting NO                  4

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered this result and noted that you and your colleagues have voted to accept the pay offer and has therefore instructed me to advise the company of this union’s acceptance. I have requested that the increased rates of pay and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
