Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Caledonian Sleeper Ltd

 

Further to previous correspondence on the above matter, I can report that the union's negotiating team will meet with the senior management team of the Caledonian Sleeper on Wednesday 28^th August 2024 to discuss the pay dispute. Accordingly, the union’s negotiating team has requested that all the industrial action is suspended in order to allow these discussions to take place.  

 

In light of these developments and having discussed this matter with the union's negotiating team, the union's National Executive Committee has agreed to suspend the planned industrial action which was scheduled to take place from 30^th August 2024. Consequently, all members at Caledonian Sleeper should work as normal.

 

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your commitment and support for your union during this dispute.
