RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – COLAS RAIL 

 

Further to ongoing pay negotiations for 2024, your Regional Organiser and representatives will be meeting with the company again on 22^nd April to seek an improved offer.

 

Following the rejection of a derisory below inflation offer in the recent referendum, this matter has been considered by the National Executive Committee which has instructed me to make the necessary arrangements to prepare for a possible ballot.

 

I urge all members to ensure that their details are up to date with the RMT. Members can contact the union if their employer, workplace location, job title, or home address has recently changed.
