RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – COLAS RAIL

 

Further to my most recent correspondence dated 9^th February 2024, I am writing to provide you with an update in relation to the above-mentioned matter.

 

At a meeting held with Colas Rail on 22^nd February 2024 no improvement to the original offer was proposed by the company. There was, however, an indication given that an increase to ‘Per Diem’ allowances applicable to our Rail Grinding members was being given meaningful consideration.  For clarity, the offer remains as follows:

 

• 4% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024

 

It was agreed that a further meeting would be held on 20^th March 2024, and I will of course provide you with a further update in this regard.
