RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – COLAS RAIL

 

Members will be aware that pay negotiations have been ongoing with Colas Rail, and further to recent talks, the following offer has been received from the company:

 

• A 4.5% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024
• Increase in allowances which are percentage based, such as contracts with rostered nights, weekends, on-call etc. As well as the OTM additional weekend payments.
• Increase in Per Diem payments by £5 per shift.

 

Having carefully considered the offer and the views of your Regional Organiser, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues with a recommendation to vote ‘YES’ to accept the offer.

 

The referendum will close at 11:00 am on Tuesday 9^th April 2024. 

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 11:00 am on Tuesday 9^th April 2024.
