Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – DHL Prudhoe

 

In line with Union policy, a claim was submitted for a substantial increase in rates of pay and improvements to conditions of service. Talks have taken place and the offer which has been received, effective 1^st July 2024, is as follows:

 

• Warehouse Operatives annual salary of £24,984.96 would increase by 3.5% to £25,859.43

 

• Senior Warehouse Operative annual salary would first increase by £929.92, in line with the increase already applied to Warehouse Operative annual salary, taking it from £25,451.79 to £26,381.71. This would then increase by 3.5% to £27,305.07

 

• Warehouse Assistant (Monday – Friday) annual salary of £24,538.80 would increase by 3.5% to £25,397.66

 

The National Executive Committee has considered a report received from your Lead Officer and has instructed me to conduct an e-referendum of you and your colleagues so you can have your say on it. The on-line referendum will close on at 10am on Tuesday 30^th July 2024. 

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from ‘RMT Referenda’ which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 10:00 hours on Tuesday 30^th July 2024.
