Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – First South West 

 

REMINDER TO VOTE – REFERENDUM CLOSES AT 11AM ON TUESDAY 4^TH JUNE

 

Further to my previous correspondence, the e-referendum is open for members to vote until 11:00 noon on Tuesday 4^thJune, and I urge you to cast your vote to have your say on the offer. As a reminder, the offer is:

 

Option One

 

All grades: 62p per hour, which would move Drivers to £13.62. No changes to terms and conditions.

 

Option Two

 

Driving grades: 82p per hour, which would move drivers to £13.82. Loss of overtime rate.

Non-Driving Grades: 62p per hour. No changes to terms and conditions.

 

Both options are backdated to the anniversary date of 1^st April.

 

The National Executive Committee is recommending that you vote to reject both options.
