RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – GEMINI RAIL

 

You will no doubt be aware that a series of negotiations have taken place between Gemini management and your union over this year’s pay increase. Again, you will know that the company tabled the following offer:

 

• 10% increase applicable from 1^st January 2024

 

This was a no-string offer and was subject to discussion at a workplace meeting, where the unanimous view of members in attendance was to accept. This view has now been endorsed by the RMT National Executive Committee.

 

I have therefore now advised the company of our acceptance and hopefully this increase will be applied at an early date.
